Course admission requirements 'Energy English'

Number of participants
The maximum number of participants is 20. The course will take place if there are at least 8 participants.

Admission requirements
Participants must have a first degree or are required to have completed vocational training and must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

As set out in the Statutes, in duly justified cases exemptions may be granted to applicants who have not obtained an academic qualification.

Participants must have English language proficiency of at least level B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). In exceptional cases, you may also be admitted if you achieve a good score on the A2 level. However, you should be prepared that in this case it will take you more time and effort to complete the course.
Previous knowledge of the energy business would be helpful, but is not strictly necessary.

To provide an easy entry into the subject, we recommend our free MOOC (massive open online course) "Power Up: English for the Energy Transition" on the iversity platform (duration: 6 weeks).

The credit earned by successfully completing the MOOC can be applied toward this further education course by submitting a copy of the statement of participation by email upon enrolment.
