MOOC@TU9: Online course introducing the nine leading technical universities in Germany

This nine-week online course is a cooperation project of the nine leading technical universities in Germany (TU9) and takes place as a lecture series. Under the motto "Discover Excellence in Engineering and the Natural Sciences - Made in Germany", it presents the central issues, contents, structures and working methods of different disciplines and courses of study at the participating universities. As MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) this course is freely accessible and can be held as a whole or in parts. The ZML coordinates the KIT contribution and is involved in the overall coordination.

Professors of TU9 universities present their subject areas and their university by means of live videos. Subsequently, tasks can be worked on and the personal suitability for engineering studies can be checked. The course language is English.
