Think outside of the Toolbox – Design your own AI assistant

Would you like to simplify your routine tasks with the help of AI? Would you like to create your own AI assistant to support you in doing so? Then this webinar is exactly right for you.
In this webinar, you will learn how to create a chatbot from scratch. Practical examples will be presented to illustrate the process, and experiences from real-world applications will be shared. You will also have the opportunity to design and develop your own chatbot concepts.
Please mind that previous AI knowledge and experience are mandatory for successful participation.

Prerequisites:
Access to and experience with KI-Toolbox and Copilot Understanding of the principles of prompting as well as experience with some chances and challenges of gen AI. Neue Akteure in der Hochschultransformation: KI-Agenten im individuellen Einsatz

Der Workshop führt anwendungsorientiert in Anwendungsplanung und den Einstieg für KI Agenten im Hochschulkontext ein. Dargestellt wird, worin sich Workflows und Agentische Prozesse unterscheiden und welche spezifischen Anforderungen im Anwendungskontext Hochschule berücksichtigt werden sollten. Als Grundlage wird wird eine Use-Cas Betrachtung vorgenommen, mit der wichtige Fragen beim Agenten-Einsatz dokumentiert und reflektiert werden können.
An Anwendungsszenarien in den Bereichen Lehre, Studium und Verwaltung werden prototypisch in einer Low-Code Anwendungsumgebung demonstriert und erste eigene Schritte unternommen.
Der Workshop ist interaktiv angelegt. Bitte stellen Sie vorher den Zugang zur KI-Toolbox des KIT und ein auf Ihrem Rechner installiertes VSCodium oder Visual Studio Code sicher. Optional solle eine Python Umgebung vorhanden sein. Generative KI eröffnet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten in der Lehre, wirft aber auch rechtliche Fragen auf. Darf ich Fachartikel oder Lehrmaterialien in ein KI-System hochladen? Welche Daten dürfen verarbeitet werden? Und was ist bei der Nutzung von KI-generierten Inhalten zu beachten?
Der Vortrag von bwDigiRecht bietet einen praxisnahen Überblick über die wichtigsten rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen für den Einsatz von KI.
