Video conferencing systems

From remote work to hybrid constellations - communication tools are crucial for team productivity and digitally supported teaching formats. At KIT, the two video conferencing systems Microsoft Teams and Zoom can be used. On our pages you will find information on both tools and tips on how to use them in the best possible way.

MS Teams is provided by the SCC. General information about access to MS Teams and the use outside of teaching can therefore be found on the pages of the SCC.

In order to be able to conduct videoconferences for committees and KIT institutions, the SCC provides its own videoconferencing service based on the BigBlueButton (BBB) software.
